Job Overview:

Job Summary

The Lucy- Laborer Renewables (Non-driver) will perform general labor duties to support the construction and maintenance of renewable energy projects. This role involves assisting skilled tradespeople, preparing worksites, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment without the requirement of operating company vehicles.

Job Responsibilities

Assist with the assembly and installation of solar panels, wind turbine components, and other renewable energy infrastructure.
Perform general site cleanup and organization, including debris removal, sweeping, and material handling.
Dig trenches, excavate foundations, and prepare ground for construction activities using hand tools.
Load and unload materials and equipment, moving them to designated areas on the job site.
Operate small hand tools and power tools as directed and trained.
Follow all safety protocols, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Support skilled craftspeople (e.g., electricians, carpenters, ironworkers) with various tasks.
Assist with the setup and dismantling of temporary structures and equipment.
Perform other general labor duties as assigned by supervisors.

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in a construction or industrial labor role is preferred, but not required.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), standing for extended periods, bending, stooping, and climbing.
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, etc.).
Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
Commitment to safety and adherence to all company and site-specific safety regulations.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
Must be able to work effectively as part of a team.
