Job Summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking skilled and experienced Craft Professionals for various roles on our Rayburn project in Sherman, TX. These positions are crucial for the successful execution of energy infrastructure projects, requiring hands-on expertise and a commitment to safety and quality.

Job Responsibilities


Perform specialized tasks according to craft (e.g., welding, pipefitting, electrical, instrumentation, heavy equipment operation, concrete finishing, ironworking, carpentry).
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
Operate and maintain a variety of tools, machinery, and equipment specific to the craft.
Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
Inspect work for quality and adherence to project specifications.
Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other trades.
Identify and report potential hazards or unsafe conditions.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Complete required paperwork and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
May be required to train or mentor less experienced personnel.

Job Qualifications**

Proven experience as a Craft Professional in a relevant trade, preferably within the energy or industrial construction sector.
Demonstrated ability to perform skilled tasks accurately and efficiently.
Strong understanding of construction principles and safety practices.
Ability to read, understand, and execute instructions from blueprints and technical documents.
Possession of necessary certifications, licenses, or specialized training relevant to the craft (e.g., NCCER, AWS certifications, journeyman cards).
Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments, including lifting heavy objects, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
