THE ROLE

This is not your typical HR Role. This is your opportunity to strengthen our culture, develop our people, and build a modern, data-driven HR Department aligned with business goals.

You’ll directly report to the C-suite, collaborate with leaders across operations, marketing, and IT, manage and mentor a growing HR Team, and lead both strategic and day-to-day HR operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead end-to-end HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and Training & Development.
  • Maintain and enhance a strong workplace culture anchored on the company’s values, performance mindset, and collaboration.
  • Implement and optimize systems to digitize and streamline HR Processes (HRIS, onboarding, timekeeping, etc.)
  • Build and drive performance and behavior-based evaluation systems tied to growth and accountability.
  • Lead employee engagement programs that boost retention, morale, and productivity.
  • Support succession planning, organizational development, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR standards, and internal policies.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven experience designing or implementing HR frameworks from the ground up.
  • Strong, hands-on knowledge across core HR functions, particularly in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and labor compliance.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and solutions-focused.
  • Extremely high standards and operates with sharp, uncompromising efficiency.
  • Culture-driven, yet performance-oriented.
  • A strategic thinker who also executes with speed and accuracy.
  • Able to manage change and bring people along.
  • Trusted, fair, and grounded in empathy, yet assertive in leadership.
