About this role
We are looking for an HR Manager who sees HR beyond policies, processes, and paperwork—someone who can turn people strategies into meaningful programs, build an engaging employee experience, and introduce innovative ways of working.
This role is ideal for a forward-thinking HR professional, people strategist, program builder, or business-minded HR leader who enjoys creating things, solving people challenges, and partnering with leaders to make the organization better.
What You’ll Do
- Lead People & Culture Strategy – Translate business goals into practical HR initiatives that strengthen engagement, performance, retention, and organizational culture.
- Build & Lead HR Programs – Design and implement impactful programs across employee engagement, talent development, performance management, leadership development, wellness, recognition, and employee experience.
- Drive HR Innovation – Challenge traditional HR practices and introduce new ideas, tools, technology, and AI-enabled solutions that make HR more efficient, relevant, and employee-centered.
- Be a Business Partner – Work closely with department heads and leaders to understand business challenges and develop people solutions that support growth and performance.
- Champion Talent Development – Build programs that identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees while creating meaningful career and learning opportunities.
- Elevate Employee Experience – Create initiatives that make employees feel connected, valued, and empowered throughout their employee journey.
- Lead Change & Transformation – Help the organization adapt to new ways of working, processes, systems, and organizational changes.
- Use Data to Drive Decisions – Analyze HR metrics and employee insights to identify trends, solve problems, and measure the impact of HR programs.
- Strengthen Employer Branding – Partner with Recruitment and Marketing to position the company as an employer of choice and create compelling employee and candidate experiences.
- Lead HR Operations with Purpose – Ensure HR policies, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and other core HR processes are effectively managed while continuously looking for ways to improve them.
What We’re Looking For
- A strategic and innovative HR professional who can balance people, business, and execution.
- Someone who is comfortable building programs from the ground up, not just maintaining existing processes.
- Strong project and program management skills with the ability to turn ideas into actual results.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A business-oriented mindset and the ability to understand how HR contributes to organizational performance.
- Curious about technology, AI, digital tools, and emerging HR practices.
- Someone who is proactive, creative, and comfortable challenging the status quo.
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to multiple HR functions such as Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Recruitment, Performance Management, and Employee Relations.
Why This Role?
This is not an HR role where you simply maintain the status quo.
You will have the opportunity to create, experiment, lead, and influence. If you have ideas about how HR can work differently, better, and smarter, this is a role where you can turn those ideas into programs that people actually experience.
We’re looking for someone who doesn't just manage HR—someone who wants to redefine what HR can be.
