Overview:
The Instructor is responsible for delivering the Business Administration and Business Management programs in alignment with the approved curriculum. This includes facilitating student learning, maintaining academic standards, and completing all related administrative tasks.

 

Position: Business Instructor

Compensation: $31 - $33/Hr

Job Type: Ongoing Part Time: Monday-Friday 

Work Type: Remote (virtual teaching)

Expected Start Date: ASAP

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the Business Administration / Business Management programs as outlined in the curriculum.

  • Prepare lesson plans and use diverse teaching methods to support student learning.

  • Explain course objectives, expectations, and grading criteria.

  • Monitor and communicate student progress; provide guidance and support as needed.

  • Complete all administrative duties related to teaching, including attendance, grading, and recordkeeping.

  • Maintain up-to-date course materials consistent with the latest textbook editions.

  • Participate in curriculum development, instructor meetings, and performance evaluations.

  • Foster a professional, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.

  • Support campus policies and collaborate with administrative staff.

  • Attend Orientation Day and arrange makeup sessions if needed.

Education & Experience:

  • Degree, diploma, or certification in Business or a related field from a recognized institution

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience

  • Previous instructional experience preferred

  • Meets program-specific qualifications as required
