We're looking for a motivated and reliable Kitchen Team Member to join our kitchen team and help prepare fresh, high-quality food every day. What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a kitchen, food preparation or hospitality environment is beneficial
• A passion for preparing high-quality fresh food
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• A positive, reliable and hard-working attitude
• A willingness to learn and develop within the business
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing fresh food products to Pret's high standards
• Following recipes, preparation guides and food safety procedures at all times
• Ensuring products are prepared, stocked and available throughout the day
• Maintaining excellent food safety, health & safety and hygiene standards
• Managing stock rotation and helping to minimise waste
• Receiving deliveries and storing products correctly
• Keeping kitchen areas, equipment and storage areas clean and organised
• Working closely with the wider shop team to ensure a great customer experience
• Supporting new team members during training when required
• Contributing to a positive, supportive and inclusive team culture
