- Implement stakeholder feature requests and bug fixes (multi-owner models, progress calculations, editable records, pagination/controls, branding/navigation, dashboard builders)
- Build lightweight automations and scheduled jobs that keep org membership, imports, and app-backed tables in sync
- Improve access control, admin settings, and usability so non-technical users can self-serve safely

- Hands-on experience with Gainsight (or comparable CS platform): relationships, rules, attributes, dashboards/reports
- Working knowledge of Power BI for report/dashboard build, datasets, DAX basics, filters, and data source troubleshooting
- Strong Excel skills for data wrangling, validation, and ad-hoc analysis
- Experience diagnosing data quality issues across systems (CRM, ERP/order, reporting layers)
- Ability to manage a high volume of stakeholder requests with clear prioritization, documentation, and communication
- Detail-oriented; able to complete work independently and on deadline
- Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences

Additional Skills and Professional Experience
