Preferred Regen ATL is seeking a highly motivated, knowledgeable, and compassionate Patient Advocate / Wellness Coordinator to join our growing regenerative and wellness clinic.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about health and wellness, enjoys working with patients, and has a strong understanding of regenerative medicine and wellness services, including stem cells, exosomes, peptides, hormone replacement therapy, IV therapy, medical weight loss, chiropractic care, and overall health optimization.

The Patient Advocate / Wellness Coordinator will play an important role in answering patient questions, scheduling appointments, reviewing care plan options, helping patients understand next steps, following up with leads and patients, and supporting the team in delivering an excellent patient experience.

Responsibilities

The Patient Advocate / Wellness Coordinator will be responsible for:

Answering incoming phone calls in a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable manner.

Scheduling new and existing patient appointments, discovery calls, consultations, follow-ups, and treatment visits.

Communicating with patients about available services, care plan options, pricing, memberships, and next steps.

Reviewing care plans with patients and helping them understand recommendations provided by the clinical team.

Following up with leads, missed appointments, consultations, and patients who have not yet started care.

Supporting patient communication by phone, text, email, and in person.

Maintaining accurate notes, follow-up details, and patient communication records.

Helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their wellness journey.

Working closely with providers, front desk, and leadership as a team player.

Assisting with daily clinic flow and patient coordination as needed.

Continuing to learn and stay updated on regenerative medicine, peptides, hormone replacement therapy, IV therapy, weight loss, chiropractic, and wellness services.

Knowledgeable about regenerative medicine, including stem cells, exosomes, peptides, hormone replacement therapy, IV therapy, medical weight loss, and health and wellness.

Comfortable discussing care plans, pricing, memberships, and treatment options with patients.

Organized, dependable, and able to follow up consistently.

A team player who is willing to help where needed.

Eager to learn, grow, and be trained in clinic protocols and patient communication.

Able to explain services clearly without making medical claims or guarantees.

Experienced in patient coordination, front desk, sales, healthcare, wellness, chiropractic, aesthetics, functional medicine, or regenerative medicine.

Requirements

Excellent phone and communication skills.

Strong customer service and patient care skills.

Knowledge and understanding of regenerative medicine, including stem cells, exosomes, peptides, hormone replacement therapy, IV therapy, medical weight loss, and overall health and wellness.

Ability to confidently and professionally discuss regenerative and wellness services with patients.

Comfortable reviewing care plans, pricing, memberships, and next steps with patients.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Comfortable with scheduling, patient follow-up, and basic administrative duties.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Team player who is willing to help where needed.

Willingness to continue learning and staying updated on regenerative medicine, wellness services, and clinic protocols.

Sales, healthcare, wellness, chiropractic, functional medicine, regenerative medicine, or patient care coordination experience preferred.
