Job DetailsJob Location: Preble Street - PORTLAND, ME 04101The Administrative Manager supports the Health Services program, the Recuperative Care Program, and the Street Outreach Collaborative through the development and administration of systems and processes related to the administrative functions of the program, including data and compliance management pertaining to various grants; assurance of billing infrastructure; program scheduling and staffing; client programming support; and engages in research and development to support sustainability of programs.

This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position with a Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm schedule
QualificationsThe ideal candidate should demonstrate a minimum of 3–5 years of administrative and/or management experience in a non-profit environment. Candidates should have experience developing and maintaining complex administrative systems and processes, as well as proficiency with standard computer applications, HMIS, Client Track, or similar software. A comparable combination of education, training, and work experience may also be considered.

A strong understanding of homelessness and poverty, along with a genuine commitment to the agency’s mission, is essential. The successful candidate should demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills, ability in creating and maintaining systems for data and information management, with a high level of competence in task and project organization.

Preferred: Advanced expertise with Microsoft 365 products, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position, with a pay rate of $31.56 /hour. Generous paid time off, insurance, and retirement plan benefits include:

4 weeks (160 hours, accrued) vacation time, 12 days (96 hours, accrued) sick time, 32 hours personal time, 12 Paid Holidays
