JOB PURPOSE

 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Repair Laboratory & Quality Control Assistant Manager  .

This role is essential to ensuring the smooth handling and quality assurance of pre-sale items across our retail and repair operations.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Manage the receipt and dispatch of pre-sale items between warehouse and retail locations
  • Assess repairability and quality of pre-sale items to determine next steps
  • Coordinate with external repair partners regarding item status and service timelines
  • Maintain and optimize spare parts inventory to support repair workflows
  • Lead and improve quality control (QC) processes within the lab environment.
  • Monitor parts inventory to prevent shortages and ensure operational continuity
  • Act as a key liaison with retail stores to ensure transparency and efficiency in item handling

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

 

Experience in repair operations, quality control, or logistics management

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple workflows and prioritize urgent tasks

Familiarity with inventory systems and repair tracking tools

Fluency in Japanese and English preferred
