JOB PURPOSE
To translate the brand identity into impactful experiences that strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and reputation across global markets. The role is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of image, fashion, and corporate events, with a particular focus on Prada fashion shows worldwide, ensuring excellence in execution, budget control, stakeholder management, and brand storytelling in line with luxury brand standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the planning and execution of image, fashion, and corporate events, with a particular focus on Prada fashion shows worldwide, ensuring alignment with brand objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage all event-related activities, including project scheduling, venue scouting, talent coordination, catering, security, logistics, guest management, accreditation systems, production, fittings, and event setup.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and consistent brand representation.
- Partner with local markets and regional teams, providing guidance, tools, and support for the implementation of event formats while ensuring compliance with global brand standards.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, suppliers, and consultants, overseeing negotiations, contracts, budgets, invoicing, and payment processes.
- Monitor event budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation while maintaining premium execution standards.
- Oversee on-site event operations, proactively resolving issues and ensuring flawless execution in fast-paced environments.
- Develop and implement creative concepts that enhance brand image through visual storytelling and memorable customer experiences.
- Produce qualitative and quantitative event reports, measuring performance, key outcomes, and return on investment.
Prepare strategic presentations, project proposals, and post-event analyses to support decision-making and future initiatives.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
6+ years of experience in fashion event management, luxury brand activations, and image events.
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in budget management, vendor relations, and contract administration.
Solid understanding of luxury brand positioning, visual storytelling, and brand image standards.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to perform in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Proficiency in event reporting, project documentation, and performance analysis.
Fluent English; additional languages are considered a plus.
