JOB PURPOSE
The resource will be part of the IT HR department. This team supports the HR team from a technical point of view to manage and support the following topics: different HR tools in place, technological infrastructures, data security, daily operations and implementation of new technological solutions to optimize business processes.
The candidate that we are looking for is an IT HR Lead, with a specific focus on SuccessFactors and Workday platforms as a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Functional analysis of new business requirements
- Analysis and test of new functionalities and reports
- Maintenance and monitoring of the global data model and objects
- User assistance
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science / engineering / economics
Ideally 3-4 years of experience within the IT HR world as Analyst / Specialist in a Company or in a Consultancy firm
Fluency in Italian and English
SAP Success Factors and Workday platforms
