JOB PURPOSE

 

We’re looking for a motivated IT Service Management Intern to support our IT Service Manager in daily operations, service coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will develop AI models to help our system to thrive and evolve.

This is a great opportunity for someone aiming to grow in IT operations and service delivery.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • IT Service Desk Support: Assist in handling user non standard requests (incidents and service requests), including classification, prioritization, and follow‑up.
  • IT Service Monitoring: Support daily system checks, KPI tracking, and SLA verification.
  • Technical Documentation: Support our external consultants to create internal procedures, knowledge base articles, and operational guides.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at optimizing ITSM workflows.

 

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

 

Degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline;

Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset;

Good communication skills and a service‑oriented attitude;

Ability to work collaboratively within a team;

Curiosity and attitude to learn;

Reliability and attention to details;

Ability to manage time and priorities effectively;
Team‑oriented mindset.
