JOB PURPOSE
We are currently seeking a Communication and Social Media Coordinator who will report to the Church’s and Car Shoe Head of Brand and Communications as part of the HQ team in Milan. The scope is to coordinate the brand and communication activities, develop and implement our social media strategy, create engaging content, and manage our online presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating compelling content.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the road map across the communication, marketing and commercial department, drive the Go To Market calendar and Brand activities calendar.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate high-quality content for social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, WeChat, etc.).
- Manage and moderate social media accounts.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, adjusting strategy as needed.
- Coordinate ecommerce and brand campaigns productions.
- Monitor the competitor set and stay up to date with competitors’ brand activities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Monitor the communication budget.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Strong enthusiasm and proven experience in developing social brand content and managing projects.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
Leadership capabilities to coordinate teams across global markets.
Solid ability to manage budgets.
Ability to oversee agencies, creative professionals, and production partners.
Experience coordinating e-commerce product shoots and editorial content production.
Expertise in social media strategy, execution, and performance analysis.
Excellent interpersonal skills, creativity, precision, and adaptability.
A refined understanding of the luxury sector and its codes.
Strong organizational abilities.
Solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are required.
Familiarity with graphic design and video production processes.
Understanding of SEO principles.
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
