We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to help keep our production equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring we deliver high-quality flexible packaging products on time while maintaining our commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you will:
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and repairs on production equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and system issues with urgency and accuracy
- Ensure all repairs meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Utilize CMMS (maintenance software) to track work orders, time, and materials
- Maintain and inspect tools and equipment at the start and end of each shift
- Communicate effectively with team members across shifts to ensure continuity
- Support food safety, GMP, and quality programs
- Keep equipment clean and in optimal working condition
- Contribute ideas and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist in other departments or tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, manuals, and technical documents
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use measuring tools (micrometers, tape measures, etc.)
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Strong communication skills and team mindset
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Proper care of equipment with a focus on first-time fix accuracy
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Stand for extended periods during shifts
- Work overtime as needed and respond to off-hour call-ins for critical breakdowns
- Work in a fast-paced production environment
- Provide your own basic hand tools (specialty tools provided)
- Willingness to travel occasionally, including overnight if needed

12 hour rotating Shift (2-2-3) 5:45PM-6:00AM
Week 1 = Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat
Week 2 = Sun, Wed, Thur
Week 1 = 49 hours
Week 2 = 36.75 hours
