What You’ll Do
- Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery to produce high-quality products
- Perform setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
- Conduct quality checks and accurately complete production documentation
- Follow all safety, quality, and standard work procedures
- Work closely with teammates, maintenance, and supervisors to meet production goals
- Help identify improvements to make processes safer and more efficient
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a machine or equipment operator preferred (we will train the right candidate)
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Commitment to safety, quality, and reliability
- Ability to stand, lift, and work in a manufacturing environment
Bonus Points If You Have
- Manufacturing or production experience
- Experience with preventive maintenance or quality checks
- A strong work ethic and a desire to grow your skills

12 hour rotating Shift (2-2-3) 5:45-6:00
Week 1 = Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat
Week 2 = Sun, Wed, Thur
Week 1 = 49 hours
Week 2 = 36.75 hours
