Job Summary:

The Service Operations Specialist provides administrative support to the Service organization by assisting with work order management and technician support. This role works closely with internal teams to ensure service-related documentation and transactions are completed accurately and efficiently while supporting day-to-day operational needs.

Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills):

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of administrative, customer service, service operations, or office support experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Ability to learn and navigate ERP, service management, and timekeeping systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and approvals
• Customer service mindset with a professional approach to resolving issues and responding to requests
• Ability to follow established processes and escalate issues when appropriate
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

•Monitor assigned work queues and ensure Field Service transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support other internal departments by gathering information, resolving administrative requests, and providing documentation as needed.
• Assist field technicians with back-office support needs, including work order administration, and issue resolution.
• Communicate with technicians, managers, and internal departments regarding status updates, missing information, and process-related questions.
• Provide administrative support to Service Operations, including monitoring and responding to shared email inboxes.
• Assist with routine reporting, data entry, and administrative activities that support Service Operations objectives.
