Who we are

Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and ramping up our headquarters for global cell production. The Human Resources department takes care of optimal process planning around the employee life cycle. This enables the company to systematically use the skills of its employees to achieve its mission and vision. The sub-disciplines of Human Resources are e.g. planning, recruiting, retention, health & addiction counseling and the targeted deployment of employees in all areas.

  
 
Your role and key responsibilities
  • Support the coordination of events, workshops, and discussions centered around cultural change, diversity and learning
  • Assist in developing and implementing programs and initiatives in the fields of learning, culture and diversity
  • Act as a contact person for the learners on the topics of further education & maintain effective communication with stakeholders
  • Act as a learning coordinator in our learning management system and monitoring of requests to fill the learning history
  • Review and evaluate internal data sources (e.g. feedback forms), initiate optimization measures, document and evaluate the success of training courses
  • Collaborate with team members on research projects related to topics in the field of learning, culture and diversity
  • Participate in meetings and contribute innovative ideas
  • Take ownership of small individual projects
  
 
What you bring to the team
  • Passionate commitment for people's mindsets topics and personal growth
  • Ongoing studies in fields related to cultural studies, sociology, psychology, education, or a relevant area
  • Fluent communication skills in English, nice to have: German basic knowledge
