About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Engineer to drive Final Test yield improvement, lotonhold reduction, and quality enhancement across OSAT sites. The role requires strong analytical capability, solid semiconductor process knowledge and a high sense of urgency to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Final Test Yield & Data Analytics
  • Perform lot disposition using structured approaches.
  • Perform deepdive data analysis for rootcause investigations for Final Test excursions and drive corrective actions.
  • Review SYL or SBL triggers and optimize limits to reduce false alarms and unnecessary retests.
Lot On Hold Reduction and Elimination
  • Perform timely rootcause validation for lotonhold events, ensuring accurate disposition and minimal cycletime impact.
  • Collaborate with Test Engineering, Operations, OSAT teams and Quality to implement corrective actions that improve Final Test stability.
  • Track Lot On Hold actions to closure and verify effectiveness through postfix yield monitoring and parametric comparisons.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Test Engineering, Operations, Quality, FAB and Assembly teams to resolve Final Test issues efficiently and ensure smooth production flow.
  • Partner with Failure Analysis (FA) and Reliability teams to validate root causes and support corrective actions for quality or customerrelated cases.
  • Support customer audits and return investigations.
Cost & Continuous Improvement
  • Drive testtime optimization and productivity improvements while maintaining required quality and coverage.
  • Drive continuous improvement aligned with corporate goals and KPIs.
  • Monitor postimprovement results to verify effectiveness, prevent recurrence, and sustain performance gains.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master in Electronics & Electrical / Mechanical or others.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Product or Test or Yield Engineering.
  • Familiar with ATE (TMT or ETS or Teradyne).
  • Advanced analytics skills (JMP or Minitab).
  • Experience with DOE, FMEA, 8D, fish bone, test platform conversion and correlation.
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-site problem solving and executing structural improvements.
  • Familiar with automotive quality requirements or power SiC or GaN.
