Requirements/Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering preferred
  • More than 8 yrs working experience in Semiconductor and Power Supply related field
  • Proven track record of identifying new opportunities, defining product areas and consistent quota achievement
  • Excellent partner/customer relationships building skills
  • Basic understanding of power management technology, market dynamics on product and system level
  • Good communication in both Chinese and English languages
  • A high-energy team player, with the ability to relate well both with internal points of contact and externally with customers and partners but who can also operate autonomously as required, especially during early stage of a project development
  • Focused, tenacious personality with drive and high energy. Can-do attitude. High degree of adaptability resilience and initiative
  • Ability to use a range of approaches and strategies to build a stronger negotiation base and form sustainable long-term relationships
  • Ability to multitask, handle many parallel projects with changing priorities
