PROGRAM FEATURES:

 • Hands-on, field-centric work experience

• Individualized performance review at the conclusion of the program
• Housing provided for out-of-state interns and co-ops (rent and utilities included)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with budgeting, estimates, quantity takeoffs, and bid solicitations
• Distribute and maintain project drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Support project scheduling, status reporting, and document control efforts
• Research and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, ASIs, and other project documentation
• Identify and help resolve drawing conflicts, interferences, and field issues
• Track construction materials and equipment to support project progress
• Attend and document project meetings and project correspondence
• Assist with punch list completion, closeout activities, and subcontractor extra work verification
• Perform additional assignments as directed by the Project Manager or Superintendent

SALARY DETAILS:

 Salary Range: $18/hr-$28/hr
