Job Description:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will occupy a pivotal leadership role designed to bridge the gap between high-level product strategy and world-class execution. You will act as the driving force behind your product scope, sitting at the intersection of customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

Reporting directly to the CPTO, you will lead a dedicated product area, overseeing multiple squads and their respective Product Owners (2). Your mission is to foster a culture of excellence, data-driven discovery, and iterative delivery. This role is not just about managing tasks; it is about building a high-performing team, mentoring talent, and ensuring that every feature we ship delivers tangible value to our users and the business.

Your missions:

  • Strategic Vision and Roadmap: Leverage deep market research, competitive analysis, and product analytics to define and communicate a clear 1-2 year roadmap that aligns with company-wide stakeholders.

  • Team Leadership: Directly manage a team of Product Owners and/or Product Managers. You will be responsible for setting clear objectives, measuring performance through KPIs (cycle times, completion rates), and driving long-term career development.

  • Product Discovery and User Insight: Develop a profound understanding of customer behavior. Conduct regular discovery interviews and analyze usage data to identify pain points and articulate features that solve real-world problems.

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure squads follow a rigorous prioritization framework and agile methodologies. You will provide the necessary support to POs to help them manage backlogs, remove blockers, and meet release plan quality standards.

  • Stakeholder Synergy: Maintain a constant, transparent link between squads and internal/external stakeholders (Revenue, CSM, Engineering, Integration). You will act as a facilitator to increase the team’s business knowledge and autonomy.

  • Go-to-Market Support: Assist Revenue and Marketing teams in understanding the product value proposition, helping to articulate key messages and support documentation or internal training.

Qualities and skills required:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Management, specifically within Fintech SaaS or banking environments. At least 2 years of proven experience managing other product professionals.

  • Methodology: Strong mastery of software development methodologies and prioritization frameworks. You have a track record of implementing tooling and processes to measure team performance.

  • Analytical Rigor: You are highly organized and ground your hypotheses in solid facts and data, maintaining clarity even under high-pressure situations.

  • Leadership: A natural leader who can inspire a team toward a vision. You are adept at identifying performance issues and suggesting constructive, corrective courses of action.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French. Spanish is a nice plus.

  • Pragmatism: You are result-oriented and understand that a technically perfect product is only valuable if it meets a market need and is delivered on time.

  • Adaptability: You possess a critical-thinking mindset and the humility to change your mind when confronted with better data. You are comfortable making quick decisions in complex, uncertain environments.

Recruitment process:

  • HR online interview.

  • Online interview with the CPTO.

  • Case study with the CPTO and CRO.

  • On-site meet with PO’s.

  • 30-min chat with Group CEO.

Salary Range:

80.000€ - 90.000€ (+5.000€ variable)
