Pope Saint John Paul II Preparatory School is seeking a dynamic, experienced High School Varsity Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach. This role requires a proven background in coaching lacrosse, strong leadership and organizational skills, and a genuine passion for guiding student-athletes to grow both athletically and personally. The assistant coach will help to foster a culture of teamwork, sportsmanship, and excellence while mentoring students in character, discipline, and academic balance.

· Serve as a daily witness to Christ through professional conduct, leadership, and a vibrant faith life.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as an assistant lacrosse coach.
· Assist in planning practices that enhance skill development.
· Lead, motivate, and mentor student-athletes on and off the field.
· Collaborate with school administration, faculty, and parents to promote a positive athletic experience.
· Assist in managing team logistics, including scheduling, equipment, and game-day operations.
Qualifications:
· Experience coaching middle school, high school, or college lacrosse.
· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Commitment to fostering a student-centered environment emphasizing character and personal growth.
