The Senior Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the Pop Mart Hong Kong Limited retail store. This role involves leading by example, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring a positive and engaging shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement with customers and effective product knowledge.
Provide outstanding customer service, including product recommendations, answering inquiries, and resolving customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of Pop Mart products, new releases, and promotional activities.
Assist with visual merchandising, store layout, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
Mentor and support junior sales associates, sharing best practices and product knowledge.
Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting stock counts.
Handle customer feedback and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling, security, and customer service.
Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:


Minimum of 3-5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a collectible, toy, or fashion retail environment.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
Proficiency in spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
Passion for Pop Mart products and the collectible market is highly desirable.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
