Opportunity Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our UK & Europe Legal Team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting a broad range of commercial, corporate, regulatory and operational legal matters across the UK and Europe. The successful candidate will work closely with in-house counsel and collaborate with various business functions in a fast-paced international environment.
What You Will Achieve
Assist with the review and drafting of a wide range of commercial agreements, including procurement and supplier agreements, store operation agreements, NDAs and other commercial contracts
Assist with legal research on UK and European laws and regulations, and prepare concise legal research notes and summaries.
Assist with the review of marketing campaign Terms & Conditions and provide support in delivering legal guidance for promotional activities.
Support the legal team in reviewing and managing internal legal approval requests and responding to day-to-day legal enquiries from business teams.
Support the team in responding to enquiries relating to counterfeit products.
Help prepare legal templates, internal guidance notes, training materials.
What You Will Need
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB, LLM or equivalent).
Strong interest in commercial law and in-house legal practice.
Excellent legal research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Previous internship or work experience in a law firm or in-house legal department is an advantage but not essential.
