Compensation and Benefits

Payroll

• Manage and execute end-to-end monthly payroll processes for SG/US/TW/CN in collaboration with local payroll vendor, including annual tax filing with accuracy and within stipulated timelines
• Prepare monthly payroll files and variance reports
• Prepare funding and administer bank transfer payments to payroll vendors
• Ensure compliance with local tax, social security, and labor regulations across the region
• Prepare various monthly staff costs and payroll breakdown reports to Finance
• Prepare quarterly MAS reports

Annual Budgets and Rewards Exercise

• Prepare data for annual budget files (personnel and non-personnel)
• Be involved in annual rewards exercise; preparation of data for all year-end Masterfile and costs templates
• Execution of bonus payments and annual increments, including generation of reward letters

Benefits Administration

• Prepare and submit insurance enrollment for new employees and their dependents for local/global plans based on eligibility
• Ensure timely cessation of insurance enrollment for resignees

HC Operations Support and HRIS

• Provide HR operations support in the employee lifecycle – onboarding, offboarding, transfers
• Prepare contract drafts, initialize background checks and prepare onboarding logistics
• Ensure accuracy of all data inputs into HC Database and US Payroll system (ADP)
• Arrange and submit all SG Work pass applications and renewals
• Ensure all regular reporting and analytics is completed with the appropriate level of detail and within time deadline
• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience

• Meticulous and detailed-oriented, good with data and numeric-inclined
• Proficiency in excel required
