Summary

We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Power BI Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, and analytics using Microsoft technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using Microsoft Power BI.

This role works closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and solution architects to transform complex data into actionable insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards that provide meaningful business insights.

• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating stakeholder needs into effective data visualization and reporting solutions.

• Develop and optimize data models, DAX calculations, measures, and Power Query transformations to support advanced analytics and reporting requirements.

• Integrate and consume data from various Microsoft data sources, including Azure Data Services, SQL Server, Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, and SharePoint.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure data quality, performance optimization, governance compliance, and adoption of reporting solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in Data Modeling, including designing and optimizing data structures that support scalable and efficient reporting and analytics solutions.

• Advanced proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for developing calculations, measures, KPIs, and business logic within Power BI solutions.

• Hands-on experience with Power Query for data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and preparation from multiple data sources.

• Experience in Dashboard and Reporting Development, including creating, maintaining, and enhancing interactive dashboards, reports, and scorecards that support business decision-making.
