SUMMARY

The Inside Sales Coordinator supports Platinum's commercial team across Sales and Client Success. The role owns lead qualification, CRM data integrity, deal and order coordination, and the documentation that keeps the commercial team and internal operations working from the same information. The position is based in Platinum's Midland office and participates in sales calls, client meetings, and field visits as needed. This position offers meaningful growth opportunities within the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Qualify inbound and sourced leads against established criteria and maintain complete qualification records in the Company's CRM; flag incomplete or stalled qualifications to management.
  • Administer the Company's CRM across Sales and Client Success – deal records, company and contact data, activity logging, and pipeline accuracy.
  • Assemble proposal information for the sales team and ensure order packages are complete and accurate before submission to accounting; serve as the internal point of contact for deal status.
  • Capture technical questions, commitments, and client requirements from sales conversations; route questions to Engineering and communicate answers back to the commercial team. Maintain the Company's technical FAQ and reference library.
  • Keep Sales, Client Success, and Service working from current, shared account information.
  • Coordinate billing setup and client onboarding documentation at deal close; maintain lease lifecycle data and account status flags in the Company's CRM.
  • Maintain the commercial team's market database, including new entry verification and scheduled refresh cycles.
  • Support Client Success account administration – account data maintenance, review scheduling, and activity reporting.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to support sales calls, field visits, etc.
  • Proactively responds and adapts in the work environment to meet the highest standards.
  • Seek growth in expanding knowledge and skills through training and education.
  • Present self in clean, neat, professional manner. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of the commercial organization.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to accurately capture, organize, and relay technical information.
  • Strong data-entry accuracy and database management skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work across multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods working at a desk and computer in an office environment.
  • Occasional travel to client offices and field locations; field visits may require personal protective equipment and exposure to outdoor oilfield conditions.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles preferred; recent graduates with demonstrated organizational and computer skills will be considered.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
