About this role
Purpose of The Position:
We are looking for a highly effective collaborator, with deep expertise in restaurant technology solutions, to lead the regional codification, adoption and governance of technology standards to enable the accelerated adoption of technology for more efficient and effective restaurant operations for KFC LA&C.
The scope of this role covers solutions across Point of Sale, Back of House (Cash, Labor, Inventory, Ordering) Management, Kitchen and Production Management, Digital Routines and IoT.
Scope and Magnitude:
- Organization supported: KFC Latin America & the Caribbean Franchise Business Unit (2000+ restaurants) in 39 countries.
- Job scope: Wide-ranging capability and resources at franchise markets.
- Main languages: English, Spanish.
- This position will be based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. 40+% travel.
