Compensation/Benefits:

New hires for this position typically start between $55.91 and $74.54 hourly, depending on factors such as work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions. While the full pay range is provided to support pay transparency, individual compensation will vary within the range based on these factors.

What you’ll do
Serving as a member of PHS Behavioral Health treatment team, the ARNP has overall Medical and/or Psychiatric responsibility for monitoring client’s treatment and staff delivery of clinical services. The ARNP provides medical and/or psychiatric assessments, medication management and treatment; clinical supervision, education and training of the team; and development; maintenance, and supervision of medication and medical treatment policies and procedures.

What you'll bring (required qualifications):

  • Must be licensed as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) in good standing.
  • CPR Certification
  • Previous experience providing medical services.
  • 2 years’ experience working with persons of color, sexual minorities and vulnerable population

Preferably you'll bring (preferred/desirable qualifications):

  • Experience treating adult and older adult populations strongly preferred.
  • 3 years’ experience as a Medical or Psychiatric provider for crisis and detox programs
