Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning for more than $500M in container assets to support PIL liner revenue
  • Develop and implement container fleet plans aligned with market demand and longterm business requirements, ensuring the optimal mix of equipment across global trades and seasonal cycles.
  • Optimize container portfolio through strategic newbuilding, leasing, sales, and disposal decisions to achieve the best balance of cost, asset quality, and operational flexibility.
  • Monitor global fleet size, performance KPIs, and stock levels, and provide direction to equipment flow teams and regional offices to maintain the targeted fleet profile.
  • Develop container ownership and portfolio strategies, including longterm planning, leaseversusbuy evaluations, and lifecycle cost optimization.
  • Oversee containerrelated CAPEX, OPEX, and fleet budgeting processes, including financial forecasting, investment analysis, and optimization of overall fleet spend.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Diploma/Degree Holder, University qualification in Management or equivalent preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in container leasing, fleet & inventory management preferred
