Job Responsibilities

Job Summary: Partner with business leaders and management teams to drive people strategies that support business objectives. Act as a trusted advisor on organization effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and change initiatives. Lead the delivery of strategic and operational HR solutions while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation.

 

  1. Partner with business leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into people strategies, workforce plans, and HR initiatives.

  2. Provide strategic HR advisory and coaching to managers on organizational design, talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations matters.

  3. Lead talent acquisition activities for assigned business units, including manpower planning, recruitment strategy, selection, and onboarding of key talent.

  4. Drive annual HR processes such as performance appraisal, salary review, bonus exercises, promotion reviews, and headcount planning.

  5. Support business transformation, organizational change, restructuring, and workforce optimization initiatives, ensuring effective change management and stakeholder engagement.

  6. Manage and advise on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues, grievances, investigations, performance improvement plans, and employment-related concerns.

  7. Partner with Centres of Excellence (COEs) and stakeholders to implement HR programmes, policies, employee engagement initiatives, learning and development interventions, and culture-building efforts.

  8. Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance employee experience, operational efficiency, and HR effectiveness.

  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, governance requirements, and applicable employment laws while mitigating people-related risks.

  10. Build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders across the organization to support the achievement of business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including significant HR Business Partnering experience in a fast-paced and complex organization.
  • Proven experience partnering senior leaders and managing a full spectrum of HR matters across the employee lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret workforce data and provide actionable insights.
  • Sound understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and operational excellence.
