Job Responsibilities

Assist with documentation works for Project implementation and retrofits

Facilitate Vessel Managers with tasks related to Class Survey, Change of flag and Change of ownership etc

Close follow up with Vessel Managers, PIL workshop and Vendors for the spares landed for overhaul

Manage stevedore damage claims documentation

Registration of new vendors into systems
-
Perform other duties and assume responsibilities as assigned

BASSNET support – Understudy and assist the PMS Manager in the implementation of BASSnet and database re-built/maintenance

Assist the PMS Manager with and other Fleet digitization projects where applicable.

Fleet Process, Performance and Compliance Department support;
- Collating and organizing of Fleet policies and procedures
- Assist in the review of existing processes and implementation of new processes
- Collating required data/information for the tracking of Fleet performance (e.g. KPIs, efficiency program)
- Process transactions (e.g. PO issuance) for sustainability projects

Support in implementation and monitoring new local and international regulatory requirements under Technical (ie EU ETS, EEXI, CII etc)

Support in the implementation and monitoring Fleet and Technical in-house projects (ie Vessel Inventory Management, Flying Repair Squad, Training Master/CE)
Job Requirements
Diploma certification with min 2 years relevant working experience in marine-related operations.
Technical Executive with some technical experience in shipping industry preferred.
