Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with documentation works for Project implementation and retrofits 

  • Facilitate Vessel Managers with tasks related to Class Survey, Change of flag and Change of ownership etc 

  • Close follow up with Vessel Managers, PIL workshop and Vendors for the spares landed for overhaul 

  • Manage stevedore damage claims documentation 

  • Registration of new vendors into systems 

  • Perform other duties and assume responsibilities as assigned 

  • BASSNET support – Understudy and assist the PMS Manager in the implementation of BASSnet and database re-built/maintenance 

  • Assist the PMS Manager with and other Fleet digitization projects where applicable. 

  • Fleet Process, Performance and Compliance Department support; 

  • Collating and organizing of Fleet policies and procedures 
  • Assist in the review of existing processes and implementation of new processes 
  • Collating required data/information for the tracking of Fleet performance (e.g. KPIs, efficiency program) 
  • Process transactions (e.g. PO issuance) for sustainability projects 
  • Support in implementation and monitoring new local and international regulatory requirements under Technical (ie EU ETS, EEXI, CII etc) 

  • Support in the implementation and monitoring Fleet and Technical in-house projects (ie Vessel Inventory Management, Flying Repair Squad, Training Master/CE) 

 

Job Requirements

Diploma certification with min 2 years relevant working experience in marine-related operations.

Technical Executive with some technical experience in shipping industry preferred.
