We are seeking a Deputy Regional HR Manager (MARO) to support and drive strategic HR initiatives across the MARO region and PIL Saudi Arabia entity. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, managing talent acquisition, employee relations, leadership development, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

Strategic HR Partnership 

 

  • Partner with business leaders to lead, drive, and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and departmental people plans. 

  • Support leaders in managing organizational change effectively, including HR aspects of transformation initiatives. 

 

Talent Acquisition & Management 

 

  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to ensure the recruitment of the right people for the right roles. 

  • Drive talent management, development, and retention strategies, including building a robust pipeline for critical roles. 

  • Implement succession planning and leadership development programs. 

 

Compensation & Performance Management 

 

  • Manage compensation strategies to attract and retain talent, ensuring alignment with regional and global policies. 

  • Oversee the annual performance and salary review process, including regional calibration exercises. 

 

Policy & Compliance 

 

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies. 

  • Act as custodian of HR policies, ensuring timely communication, updates, and alignment with HQ standards. 

 

HR Operations 

 

  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system. 

  • Prepare payroll data, review monthly payroll calculations, and execute payroll processes. 

  • Manage employee relations issues in accordance with local legislation and company policies. 

 

Culture & Inclusion 

 

  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. 

  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work culture. 

 

Administration & Facilities 

 

  • Oversee office facilities management, vendor coordination, and general administrative functions. 

 

MUST HAVE: 

  • Degree/Diploma in HR, Business, or related fields with at least 10 years of relevant regional experience in a global firm. 

  • Proven leadership and people management experience in HR, guiding and developing HR teams. 

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels. 

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. 

  • Strategic and operational agility, capable of balancing high-level planning with hands-on execution.
