מתן מענה שוטף, זמין ואיכותי למשתמשי הקצה בארגון (משרדי החברה ורצפת הייצור במפעל). שמירה על תפקוד תקין של עמדות קצה, מערכות משרדיות, מדפסות וחדרי ישיבות, ניהול מלא של מחזור החיים של משתמשים במערכות הארגון (פתיחה, עדכון וסגירת הרשאות), לרבות מתן תמיכה יישומית במגוון מערכות הליבה העסקיות, התפעוליות וההנדסיות של החברה בהתאם לתקני האיכות והאבטחה (ISO 9001, SOX, והיערכות ל-CMMC 2.0).
