Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced TIBCO BW Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks. The ideal candidate should have expertise in building scalable integration services, web services, APIs, and messaging solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and high-performance integration applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x/BW 6.x).
- Develop and maintain SOAP and RESTful web services.
- Build integration workflows for enterprise applications and third-party systems.
- Configure and manage TIBCO EMS messaging solutions.
- Develop XML, XSD, WSDL, XPath, and XSLT-based integrations.
- Perform application enhancements, troubleshooting, debugging, and production support.
- Monitor integration performance and optimize application efficiency.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to understand integration requirements.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and deployment activities.
- Follow software development best practices and integration standards.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x and/or BW 6.x).
- Hands-on experience with TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS).
- Proficiency in SOAP and REST web services.
- Strong understanding of XML, XSD, WSDL, XPath, and XSLT.
- Experience with JMS and enterprise messaging concepts.
- Knowledge of API integration and middleware architecture.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile development methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with TIBCO Administrator and TIBCO Hawk.
- Knowledge of TIBCO BusinessEvents (BE) or TIBCO ActiveMatrix.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Experience with API gateways and enterprise integration patterns.
- Exposure to Microservices architecture.
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 40,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 140,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
