Job Title: Analytics Architect

Job Overview: 

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Analytics Architect to oversee and advance our data analytics initiatives. The role involves managing a team of data analysts, developing data strategies, and providing actionable insights to drive business performance and decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, an excellent communicator, and possesses strong leadership skills. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Data Strategy Development

Define and implement the organization's data analytics strategy aligned with business goals. 

Identify and prioritize key analytics projects to optimize decision-making and performance. 

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts and data professionals. 

Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. 

Data Analysis and Insights

Conduct advanced data analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential risks. 

Provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders across departments. 

Tool and Technology Management

Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of analytics tools and technologies. 

Ensure data systems are scalable and optimized for business needs. 

Stakeholder Collaboration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and product development, to address data needs. 

Present findings and insights in a clear and impactful manner to non-technical stakeholders. 

Data Governance

Establish and enforce data governance policies and practices. 

Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations. 

 

Qualifications: 

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. 

Experience

Proven experience (5+ years) in analytics, business intelligence, or a related domain. 

Prior experience in managing or leading teams is preferred. 

Technical Skills

Proficiency in analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. 

Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis/programming languages. 

Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). 

Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager & Optimizely. 

 

Soft Skills

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels. 

Certifications (Preferred)

Certification in data analytics or relevant areas (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Certified Data Analyst).

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 168,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
This position is available for independent contractors
