- Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth execution of the project
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans
- Prepare reports and updates for project stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in planning and scheduling for substation projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
