VFX Production Manager
As a key part of our production team, you’ll work closely with artists, supervisors, clients to ensure seamless delivery of high-end VFX projects from start to finish. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, and know how to keep schedules on track, and productions running smoothly - this could be the perfect next step for you.
What Awaits You:
Planning, coordinating, and managing VFX projects
Ensuring efficient production flow in line with schedule and budget
Communicating with clients, teams, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery
Tracking task progress in project management tools (e.g. Ftrack, ShotGrid, Excel)
Resolving issues and improving production processes
Organizing daily statuses, review meetings, and progress evaluations
Supporting the team with technical and creative challenges during production
What Makes You a Match:
Experience in project management within post-production, VFX, or animation
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to solve problems under pressure and adapt to changes
Experience with project management tools (e.g. Ftrack, ShotGrid, Excel)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Advanced English (spoken and written)
A proactive mindset and can-do attitude
