Job Description:
- Assist in coordinating OEMS People Network engagements, empowered team initiatives, workshops, and awareness programmes. Support the tracking of empowerment performance indicators, action items, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support Culture Transformation and Employee Engagement Programmes.
- Assist in planning and implementing culture and behavioural initiatives, leadership engagement programmes, communication campaigns, organisational surveys, and improvement actions to foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
