Office Manager
Are you highly organised, proactive, and great at keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for an Office Manager to become the backbone of our workplace operations and help create a positive, productive environment for our team.
About the Role:
As our Office Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the office admin and accounts functions, ensuring everything from supplies to systems is in place and working efficiently. You'll support staff and coordinate office, accounts and admin activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee general office operations and administrative and accounts tasks
- Improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Support HR functions including onboarding and team events
- Ensure health and safety protocols are followed
- Keep things organised, efficient, and positive, through digital workflow optimisation, to support field staff, customers, admin and accounts staff
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in office or administrative and accounts management
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A problem-solver with a positive attitude and an eye for detail
- Confident using office software (Microsoft Office, Teams, Sharepoint, etc.), IT systems including Xero and Salesforce and system integration would be a real bonus.
