Responsibilities

Ready To Keep Client Programs Running Smoothly While Building the Relationships That Make Them Stick?

Why This Role Matters

Account Directors set the strategy. You make sure it actually executes. As Account Coordinator, you're the operational engine behind client delivery — managing reporting, monitoring the platform, resolving support issues, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned so clients get what they were promised, on time and accurately.

What You'll Actually Do

Own client reporting: Build and maintain automated reports in the platform, and create custom reporting in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to meet agreed client deliverables.

Manage data accuracy for invoicing: Handle the data entry that feeds client invoicing — getting it right the first time, every time.

Monitor the platform and route issues: Submit tickets for client support needs, reject remediation, phone number updates, and access reviews — then track resolution through to completion.

Coordinate post-launch program requirements: Document, submit, track, and communicate client program requirements after implementation, keeping everything moving and nothing falling through the cracks.

Support member service delivery: Resolve client-specific information needs, update training agents, and maintain documentation that keeps member-facing teams accurate and current.

Build cross-functional relationships: Work across Finance, Implementation, Client Operations, Member Services, and Product to execute on client deliverables and keep internal handoffs clean.
