Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide a warm, professional welcome.
• Consult with clients about their vehicle service needs and recommend appropriate maintenance or repairs.
• Communicate clearly with technicians and customers to ensure transparency throughout the service process.
• Prepare accurate repair orders and maintain detailed customer records.
• Follow up on completed services and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role (automotive industry preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance.
