We are looking for a Marketing & Business Development Executive for our Lisbon office.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, Advertising and Public Relations or similar.
- Between 2 and 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm, big four or similar.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Native level of Portuguese.
- High level of English.
- A good level of Spanish is valued.
The ideal candidate will be looking to join a law firm with international scope, and be motivated to grow professionally with our firm and progress in their career.
Functions
- Responsibility for the quality of the Firm’s documentation and image: corporate identity, brochures, diptychs and other materials.
- Supporting and executing the Firm’s global business development strategy in Portugal.
- Preparing proposals and presentations.
- Promoting and supporting the firm’s business initiatives and commercial activity with current and prospective clients.
- Analysing business opportunities, market trends and intelligence.
- Supporting and promoting the organization of events: logistics, invites, databases, etc.
- Updating and managing the content on the website, APP and intranet of the Office.
- Sending marketing emails: newsletters, customer communications, etc.
