Job Description
We are seeking a bilingual (English) Attorney with 5 to 7 years of professional experience, specifically in corporate litigation, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Requirements
Law degree.Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).5 to 7 years of experience in corporate litigation, corporate law, and M&A transactions.Previous experience in a law firm is highly preferred.Proven experience advising domestic and international clients.

The successful candidate will have experience advising clients on matters including:
- Drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements and asset purchase agreements.
- Structuring and managing investment vehicles.
- Drafting and negotiating shareholders’ agreements.
- Designing and implementing corporate reorganization structures, including spin-offs, mergers, and corporate transformations.
- Designing and implementing corporate governance structures.
- Advising on corporate dissolution and liquidation processes.
