Senior Developer, System Software

• Act as a senior technical analyst supporting Oracle EBS Core HR, Payroll, and OAB modules.
• Develop, enhance, and support Oracle Fast Formulas for payroll calculations, accruals, eligibility criteria, and OAB benefit processing.
• Design, develop, and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and scripts to support HR, Payroll, and OAB custom requirements.
• Create and maintain BI Publisher and Oracle Reports for payroll results, benefits data, absence balances, reconciliation, and audit reporting.
• Implement and support Oracle Forms Personalizations to enforce business rules, validations, and defaulting for HR and payroll forms.
• Support and troubleshoot Oracle Workflow used in HR, Payroll, and OAB approval processes and notifications.
• Provide technical support for Payroll, OAB, and Absence processing cycles, including issue analysis and resolution.
• Assist with interfaces, integrations, data migration, and conversion activities related to HR, Payroll, and OAB.
• Perform root‑cause analysis for production issues and provide permanent technical fixes.
• Work closely with functional HR/Payroll teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Demonstrate ownership of deliverables, ensuring system stability and high‑quality production support.

  4.  MUST-HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

5–12 years of technical experience with Oracle EBS Core HR, Payroll.

Strong technical expertise in Fast Formulas, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and Oracle Reports.

Hands-on experience with Forms Personalization

Working understanding of HR and payroll business concepts to support technical design.

Experience with data migration and system integrations.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
