Senior Manager Direct Commerce, North America

Overview
This high-visibility position will lead the Sodastream Direct Commerce business for North America and will be responsible for sales performance, platform capabilities, and overall P&L for the US and Canada DTC businesses as well as the TikTok Shop businesses that emerge. Reporting directly into the Head of eCommerce for NA, you will partner with business stakeholders (sales, marketing, merchandising, product and engineering), to execute best in class performance to drive the sales and strategic goals within this channel. Your work will be critical to help improve the value driven through Digital Commerce platforms by growing businesses at places where there is tangible value and scaling back in specific pockets to drive efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Operational ownership of each of the DTC sites in US and Canada, including sales performance, technical capability enhancement and P&L ownership
- Operational ownership of TikTok Shop sites
- Manages team of commercial leads and technical experts to effectively run sites
- Optimizes commercial KPIs at a regular cadence
- Identifies test and learn opportunities to drive future growth initiatives
- Drive strategic vision across all websites
- Works with marketing, merchandising and content teams to drive a best-in-class customer experience for anyone that visits Sodastream Direct Commerce sites
Compensation & Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $123,500 - $206,750.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10+ years of Digital Commerce experience.
- Experience leading direct-to-consumer businesses, including DTC websites and/or TikTok Shop.
- Proven people leadership experience, including management of direct and indirect teams.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Results-oriented with a bias for action and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution.
- Experience within the CPG industry preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
