The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for supporting the broader sales team within the Away From Home (AFH) and Retail channel (OT) by handling administrative and structural tasks. This role acts as a key contact point for customers for administrative purposes, working closely with Key Account Managers as well as Business Services. The coordinator supports day-to-day operations with a continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to optimize and streamline processes. The coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving the overall efficiency of the sales function.

Responsibilities

  • Support the broader sales team in the Away From Home (AFH) and Retail channels by handling administrative and structural tasks.
  • Act as a key contact point for customers on administrative matters, working closely with Key Account Managers and Business Services.
  • Support day-to-day sales operations with a continuous improvement mindset, focusing on optimizing and streamlining processes.
  • Prioritize and efficiently manage a high volume of tasks and email communications.
  • Manage monthly tasks such as invoice processing, budget monitoring, and monthly closing procedures
  • Coordinate the dispatch of product samples to customers.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree within Finance/Sales/Business Administration
  • Fluent English and Dutch is a must. French working proficiency required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and driven by continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and fostering positive teamwork across different departments.
