Overview

Applications are invited for the 24-month fixed term position of an IT Graduate in the PepsiCo Ireland IT Graduate program.   The program provides an IT graduate with first-hand practical experience in supporting all aspects of an exciting business, working across global IT teams and connecting with world class IT providers.   Each IT graduate is given exposure to best-in-class technology, applications and systems.

Based in the heart of Dublin at Georges Quay International Beverages is PepsiCo organization focused on driving accelerated growth for the International Beverages business, including Marketing & Cross-Functional Teams, Franchise & PGCS, with an end-to-end focus on brand-building, innovation, supply chain, digitalization, talent, and sustainability.

 

As an IT Graduate you will be responsible for playing a key role in the Dublin IT Operations Team working on a combination of network, Work Place services and design-based projects. Participate in IT Graduate group projects to explore new technologies and applications, develop collaboration, problem solving & communications skills.

Responsibilities

 

The IT Graduate Program is a 2-year program supported by PepsiCo's world class training and development programs. We are currently seeking a graduate to join the 2026 program. Activities included but not limited to the following:Work in the IT Operations team based in Dublin which covers Compute, Networks, Workplace Services, Security and Design IT. We are currently seeking a graduate to join the program.   Activities included but not limited to the following: 

 

Work in the IT Operations team based in Dublin which covers Compute, Networks, Work Place Services, Security and design IT

  • Provide technical support to end users in Dublin campus
  • Provide support to VIP users
  • Monitor ServiceNow ticket queue and respond to requests within SLA
  • Coordinate & Participate in technology projects which involve IT team
  • Ability to apply technology creatively within a business context
  • Maintain and update system documentation
  • Work out of hours as required on project work/issue resolution
  • Liaise with third party vendors
  • Track and manage office IT assets

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Essential criteria:

    • Applicants will have a qualification in an IT discipline e.g. business information systems, IT management, cloud computing or digital media or related discipline.
    • Keen interest in IT technology with an analytical approach to problem solving
    • Possess excellent IT skills
    • Customer focused with a commitment to deliver a superior service
    • Commitment to excellence and high standards, strong attention to detail
    • Excellent interpersonal skills required (written & verbal)

     

     

    Additional Criteria:

    • Ability to apply technology creatively within a business context
    • Mac experience a plus
    • Roles is based on site in Office with limited WFH.
