Overview
Ben jij een sterke leider met technisch inzicht en een scherp oog voor kwaliteit en efficiëntie?Bij PepsiCo in Veurne zoeken we een Front Line Manager die operationeel verantwoordelijk is voor een cruciaal deel van ons productieproces en zijn/haar team naar een hoger niveau tilt.
Responsibilities
Wat houdt de functie in?
Als FLM ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van de afdelingen baked, extrusie, flowpack, perserij en palletisatie. Je volgt de prestaties op, coördineert de samenwerking tussen productie, techniek en kwaliteit, en zorgt dat de productieplanning correct wordt uitgevoerd. Je bent het aanspreekpunt bij afwijkingen en initieert verbeteracties op basis van data en observaties.
Je geeft leiding aan een team van ongeveer 25 operatoren en inpakkers. Je motiveert hen om uit te blinken in veiligheid, kwaliteit, productiviteit en samenwerking. Je bewaakt de technische beschikbaarheid van de installaties en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie tussen de betrokken afdelingen.
Qualifications
Wat verwachten we van jou?
- Bachelor- of masterdiploma in industriële wetenschappen, elektromechanica, voedingsmiddelentechnologie, procesengineering of gelijkaardig
- Ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen productie is een sterke troef
- Technisch inzicht en analytisch vermogen
- Sterke persoonlijkheid, uitstekende people skills en zin voor initiatief
- Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, goede kennis van Frans en Engels
- Je werkt in een vijfploegenstelsel (volcontinu systeem)
